I am working as a Lead Agile Coach at Brainlab in Munich, Germany. Before that I have been working in research (robotics) and automotive (BMW) where I gained a lot of experience from working with various development teams, product owners and management. I always worked in environments with challenging technologies and innovative products.
My current interest in a nutshell:
How can we create teams in a technologically challenging environment that can act fast and adaptive, while they are innovating the stack in an organization that is continuously learning?

I am working as a Senior Agile Coach at Brainlab in Munich, Germany. Before I arrived in MedTech, I have been working in different areas where agile methods, focus on quality, testing and communication were a constant companion. I was able to work with a variety of teams and gain a lot of experience. I was able to support change bottom-up and top-down and learned a lot about how teams collaborate in organizations. In MedTech, I am particularly interested in the diversity of the products, the development teams and the different technologies. And in the challenges resulting from this combination.

Benedikt

I am working as Director PMO at Corpuls in Kaufering, Germany. For over a decade, I have worked in research, small startups, and larger organizations, continually exploring how products – and consequently, companies – are being built. As a composer at heart, I am captivated by crafting unique operational models within companies, drawing upon my experiences at institutions such as Brainlab, UnternehmerTUM, or Stanford’s d.school
